The timeline for the two events at Colne and Brierfield stations is as follows:
12noon - 12.30 pm
Dedication and Unveiling of the Plaque at Colne.
12.30pm to 1.40pm
Gather at nearby Crown Hotel, Colne, simply to chat over lunch.
1.50pm
Catch the train from Colne to Brierfield.
2pm - 2.30pm
Unveiling of the Bench at Brierfield station.
All those who knew Derek over his very long life
– friends, local resident’s members of SELRAP etc -
